FAQ's

How long does it take to receive my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two stages:

Processing time: Order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours. Both the manufacturer and the postal service process the orders,

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take approximately 7 to 13 days to reach customers.

What happens if I order several items?

Some items will be delivered together, others separately.

Can I return my items?

Our return policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since we received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
