Shipping & Returns Policy


Our aim is to offer you the best delivery options, wherever you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers all over the world, enabling us to offer you maximum responsiveness at all times.

Order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours of the order being placed. Both the manufacturer and the postal service process orders,

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. This item is shipped directly by our suppliers and will take approximately 7 to 13 days to reach customers in France,


Please allow 5 to 12 days for delivery of your order. If more than 14 days, please contact us to check the status of your order. Refunds will be processed by email if necessary.

Returns: Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.rrt( 

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund (if applicable): Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable): Only normal-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable): We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not specified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, who will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
