If we detect fraudulent activity based on our own observation & judgement, you are automatically no longer eligible for a return.
- If you do not provide pictures for verification after request from our side, no refund will be available to you
- If you have received the correct product and request a refund within 32 hours of receiving the product, you will automatically lose your right to a refund. This is up to us if we want to enforce this based upon our own Judgement of what is fair.
- If you purchase the same product multiple times but request a refund each time, you will also automatically lose your right to a refund for suspected fraud.
- You won't be eligible for a refund if you haven't used the Product but request a refund nonetheless
- You are not eligible for a refund if your reason to get a refund is unreasonable or impossible to achieve based on our observation
